Our client had a classic urban problem – lovely Victorian terraced house, with a basement kitchen facing a tiny back garden 1.5m above the floor level of the kitchen, accessed by ugly concrete steps.
What she wanted was something elegant, easy to maintain, another room where she could relax and entertain.
To help her visualise our ideas we made a 3D computer model as well as plan and mood board of the garden we were proposing – she loved our ideas, and over the nest few weeks we worked together on the details of the design to finalise a plan for tender.
